At What Cost?
Together, with each one taking personal responsibility we can stand up against the small dysfunctions like throwing trash on the streets, intentionally frustrating other people because you want a bribe, beating the traffic light, reporting late to the office, covering up a lie etc. Stopping the small dysfunctions over time will translate to the bigger dysfunctions.
Leadership Begins With Me
The truth is one way or another, we are all part of the problem in the same way we can all be part of the solution. It is time for us to collectively accept and acknowledge our mistake and choose to collectively redirect our ways to one that is sustainable and places our nation on a trajectory for growth where leadership position becomes an avenue to scale positive development.
